Here is how it works:
Step 1: You complete a form about your child's health history and then we have a virtual video appointment where to go over the health history of your child, your home, and their environment.
Step 2: We discuss options for lab testing to pinpoint the root cause of the symptoms or health concerns of your child.
Moms especially like these labs because they are done from home, honoring the bond between mother and child, as well as reducing the time you spend watching your child struggle without answers and identifying what targeted actions can be taken to put the child's body in a position where it can rebalance.
Step 3: I create a personalized wellness plan based upon the lab results, identifying the foods to include and avoid for your child, non-pharmaceutical, natural based child friendly supplements and vitamin protocol, toxin exposure reduction, sleep support and additional ways to support the mind/body health for your child.
Step 4: Parents implement the wellness plan and while doing this receive a tremendous amount of resources and support, including phone calls every other week to check in on progress, unlimited text support as well supplement ordering done for you!
What Labs do you offer with children?
I have 2 options: functional medicine labs and bioenergetic scans, each offering their own unique value in your child's health transformation. As apart of Step 1 and getting to know the health history and more about your child, I will share with you what each lab can inform about your child's health and the value to learning that information and you chose the labs you'd like to order. Using labs to guide you in your child's health recognizes there is no one size fits all way about health and nutrition, but when it is customized for your child, it can be life changing. The goal of testing is to uncover the specific holistic health needs of your child, making what they need more tangible and what you do about it more simple, as you navigate creating a healthier life for your child. For children under the age of 3, I offer the Bioenergetic scan.
WHAT IS FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE TESTING?
Unlike conventional labs where results are based on the averages of our countries declining health metrics, Functional Medicine Testing informs you about key metrics of your health in comparison to a functional or optimal level. Functional testing identifies imbalances out of range for optimal health and educates the individual at the root cause level. The results often fill in the gaps with the missing pieces to the puzzles, informing you about the connecting between the results to your health challenge or symptoms. WHAT IS A BIOENERGETIC SCAN?
This is a great option for root cause testing for children under the age of 3 or for parents looking for more information about their child's health at the root cause level. This scan is based upon the the fact that everything vibrates and has its own unique frequency. Our cells and organs emit electromagnetic frequencies as a result of their metabolic process. Cells can lose their healthy resonance in the presence of stress, toxicity, and trauma. Bioenergetic testing is a way to measure these frequencies and pick up on patterns of imbalance and certain energetic patterns that resonate as stressors for you.
With Bioenergetic testing we use your hair and/or nail and saliva samples to measure against specific frequencies (toxins, pathogens, food and environmental items, hormones, nutrients etc.) to get a clear, whole-body picture of you.
